Leave Stacker is designed to be simple and privacy-friendly.

You do not need to create an account to use it, and we do not directly ask you for personal information such as your name, email address, employer, or manager’s email address.

2. Information you enter into Leave Stacker

When using Leave Stacker, you may choose or add things such as:

• The calendar year
• The days and AM/PM slots you work
• How much annual leave you want to use
• Dates you add to your stack

This information is used to show relevant leave suggestions and to help build your stack.

This information is not used to create an account on Leave Stacker.

3. Your stack

When you add dates to your stack, Leave Stacker uses those dates to show your selected leave options.

Your stack can be used to:

• Copy suggested leave request text to your clipboard
• Generate an .ics calendar file
• Help you decide which dates you may want to book

Leave Stacker does not send your stack to your employer.

4. Copy for email

If you use the “Copy for email” feature, Leave Stacker copies suggested text to your clipboard.

The email is not sent by Leave Stacker. You paste the text into your own email app and decide whether to edit or send it.

We do not collect your manager’s email address or employer details through this feature.

5. Calendar file downloads

If you download a calendar file, Leave Stacker generates an .ics file based on the dates in your stack.

Leave Stacker does not connect directly to your Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Apple Calendar, or any other calendar account.

6. Leave Dates link

Leave Stacker includes links to www.leavedates.com and app.leavedates.com.

If you click through to Leave Dates, you will be using a separate service. Leave Dates has its own terms and privacy policy.

7. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use Leave Stacker and to help improve the website.

Google Analytics may collect information such as:

• Pages visited
• Device type
• Browser type
• Approximate location
• Referring website
• Time spent on the site
• Interactions with the website

Google Analytics does not give us your name or email address.
